Blotchiness |
To help lessen the appearance of age spots, increase exfoliation by polishing skin with Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula and Total Turnaround Visible Skin Renewer geared to your skin type. Use Sun Protection daily to alleviate the undesirable effects of sun exposure. |

Applying Concealers |
Hide flaws with a concealer a shade lighter than your foundation. Try Line Smoothing Concealer. Gently pat and roll on skin and press and roll around edges to fade outline. Rubbing tends to remove the concealer. Apply after foundation for better "grab" and coverage. |

Birthmarks |
Conceal with an Airbrush Concealer. In your palm, warm a dab of concealer. Use your fingertip to pat into place instead of stroking to build up thickness. Lightly feather over regular foundation. Finish with a powder rubdown in a shade lighter than usual. Blend. |

Bumps/Crevices |
Smooth with grainy scrubs to provide a more even surface for makeup to adhere to. To conceal: use slim concealer brush and apply Concealer, rotate brush to cover all surface, pat lightly with finger tips for better effect. Continue to apply foundation and powders. |

Concealer Blot-Up |
Because of dry under-eye skin pulling moisture from concealer, we can prevent by priming area with moisturising eye cream or gel like All About Eyes. If necessary, pat lightly in the eye area some eye mosituriser to give a smoother, more even finish. |

Eye Area Darkness |
To combat eye-area darkness, apply concealer precisely and evenly or use Airbrush Concealer with its own built-in brush. Blend by patting with the ring finger--least likely to tug delicate skin. Use darker concealer on pouches and lighter concealer in hollows, then pat the two together at the edges. Finish with powder just lighter than the rest of face. Avoid purplish shadow, dark liner. A hint of pink blush helps neutralise blue. |

Sunburn |
Sun smarts: Start each season using Sun Protection with the highest appropriate SPF level. Shift to lower gear after several days only if tan appears. Slather on your sunscreen 30 minutes before sunning. An after-sun product such as After-Sun Rescue Balm can be used to help repair damage from UV exposure, soothe skin and reduce redness. For lips, protect and add shine and colour with Moisture Sheer Lipstick SPF 8. |

Eyelids - Darkness |
Give eyelids the same attention as the rest of the face. Pat and roll to avoid pulling skin. Concealer, creamy shadows or foundation work as primer to hide darkness, tiny capillaries. As an alternative, use Touch Base for Eyes in Canvas or Touch Tints for Eyes and conceal and colour in one step. Powder lightly before and after eyeshadow for longer wear. To brighten eyes, treat twice daily with All About Eyes. |

Furrows or Freckles |
Don't try to erase furrows or freckles - makeup will just look masky. A stay put base carefully powdered won't gather in creases; a sheer foundation like Almost Makeup perfects freckled faces, blends imperceptibly with skin. Choose a makeup base in a colour between your skin and the colour of the freckles to brighten your skin. |

New Scars |
These may be covered as soon as the doctor says so. Dermatologists recommend Airbrush Concealer to be used sparingly on the skin surface or over foundation with a nylon brush. Oil free, water resistant, and long lasting. Allergy tested, 100% fragrance free and recommended by eye doctors. Cleanse completely and gently with Comforting Cream Cleanser. Note for still-sore or sunburned skin: This is the one skin that cannot be exfoliated. |

Old Scars |
When the scar is too wide or too deep to be totally concealed, turn your attention to evening out the surrounding skin colour. Draw attention away from the scar area by playing up a favourite feature, like eyes or lips, by focusing on definition or a more attention-grabbing shade. |
